Silk Road is photographic travel by Mali Marciano, photographed by Mark Borthwick, tracing the steps of the ancient Silk Route from the wilds of Mongolia through the deserts of Egypt all the way to the canals of Venice, Italy.

SILK ROAD includes a 30-page insert by Mark Borthwick featuring hand-written diary entries, poems and collages created on the road, in addition to handwritten calligraphy across the cover and internal title pages.
